STRATEGY, M&A & DUE DILIGENCE
Andrei leads strategy, buy-side and sell-side transaction support, and due diligence. He brings more than 20 years of finance and investment experience, including transaction advisory at KPMG and Deloitte. His work with international family offices connects portfolio reporting, financial modelling and operating decisions across Spanish assets.
